Fees
The complete list. Nothing hidden, nothing variable without display.

| EXOS builder fee, perps | 0.035% (3.5 bps) | Of order notional on every perps fill, buys and sells, attached to orders placed through this interface and collected by the protocol. The one approval you sign before trading covers a 1.000% ceiling for both products; a rate can never exceed it and the approval is revocable at any time in Settings. |
| EXOS builder fee, outcomes | 0.500% (50 bps) | Of order notional on every outcome fill, buys and sells. An outcome trade is a buy of one side and a sell of the other, so the protocol attaches the fee to every fill in either direction. Same approval, same ceiling. |
| Referral discount | As displayed | If you joined through a referral code, a discount reduces the fee actually charged below the approved ceiling. The effective rate is always shown in the order form. |
| Commander's arena share | 10% of the fee | Paid to the commander out of the EXOS fee on fills a member of their legion makes fighting in the arena, sworn or enlisted, while they stand in the legion. Outcome fills count once the member has posted the outcome in the legion with their thesis. Comes out of the fee, never on top of it. |

Native TWAP orders on Hyperliquid carry no builder fee, so EXOS runs its own TWAP engine: parent orders are sliced into child orders that each carry the standard fee. Same behaviour, honest accounting.
