Fair-Play Policy

1. What this covers

This policy governs the Exos points programme, quests, check-in streaks, referral programme, badges, leaderboards, and monthly competitions (together, “the programmes”). It exists so that standings reflect genuine trading, and so that the traders who earn honestly are never diluted by those who do not.

2. The design principle

Every reward in the Exos ecosystem attaches to real builder fees paid on real orders. Points accrue on fees, never volume; referral earnings are a share of realised fees; competitions require a minimum of fees paid to qualify. Because every point and every referral dollar costs a real fee, most manipulation is uneconomic by construction. This policy covers the rest.

3. Disqualifying conduct

The following forfeit rewards and standings, in whole or in part:

Self-referral. Binding your own wallets to your own referral code, directly or through intermediaries. Structural checks reject the direct case; indirect arrangements are treated identically when detected.

Wash trading. Trading with yourself or coordinated counterparties to generate fees, points, referral earnings, competition qualification, or leaderboard position without genuine market risk.

Sybil activity. Operating clusters of wallets to multiply quest completions, streaks, referral counts, competition entries, or any per-account reward.

Mechanic gaming. Automating check-ins at scale, completing quests through riskless self-matched orders, manipulating competition ROI denominators, or exploiting any defect in the programmes rather than reporting it.

4. Detection and enforcement

All programme accounting derives from the on-chain fill ledger, which is retained in full. Reviews run before points settlement, before competition prizes are awarded, and before referral payouts. Exos may exclude addresses from standings, void points or earnings attributable to disqualifying conduct, withhold prizes, and bar addresses from future programmes. Determinations are made on the evidence of the ledger and are final; where conduct is ambiguous, we look at whether the activity carried genuine market risk. 5. Reporting

If you find a way to game any programme, report it through the official channels listed in the Docs rather than using it. Good-faith reports are looked on kindly; exploited defects are treated as Section 3 conduct.

6. No promise of value

Points recognise early use of Exos. Their final form is to be decided and no monetary value is promised; points may never convert into anything. Referral earnings estimates shown in the interface are projections from current fee rates, not a promise of income. This policy may be updated as the programmes evolve; the version on this page governs.

Fighting names

Display names must not impersonate Exos, its team, other traders, or official functions, and must not be offensive or misleading. Names that break this rule may be reset or reclaimed at Exos's discretion, without notice.
