Add EXOS to the assistant you already use, as a connector. One URL, one wallet signature, and it can watch your copies, read the boards, and steer or draft if you let it.
EXOS is a remote MCP server. Any assistant that adds MCP servers as connectors can add it with this URL. When it asks you to sign in, you land on an EXOS page, connect your wallet, read what the assistant may do, and sign once. That signature mints an agent key labelled with the assistant's name; the assistant holds it, and you can revoke it at any time.
https://exosdex.xyz/api/runtime/mcpIn Claude, open Settings → Connectors (on a Team or Enterprise plan: Organization settings → Connectors), choose Add custom connector, paste the URL and continue. Leave the sign-in as detected: EXOS speaks OAuth, so Claude registers itself and sends you to approve. In a chat, enable the EXOS connector and ask.
Add the server, then sign in from the session with /mcp → Authenticate, or from the shell:
claude mcp add --transport http exos https://exosdex.xyz/api/runtime/mcpclaude mcp login exosIn ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode (custom connectors need a paid plan). Back on Apps & Connectors, choose Create, give it the name EXOS, paste the URL, pick OAuth for authentication and accept the notice. ChatGPT sends you to approve, then lists the tools.
Add the server by URL, then log in; the login opens the approval page in your browser:
codex mcp add exos --url https://exosdex.xyz/api/runtime/mcpcodex mcp login exosAdd a remote MCP server (streamable HTTP) with the URL above and no header. A client that speaks OAuth will send you to approve on its first request; the server answers a request without a token with a 401 that names where to start, which is how the client finds the door on its own. A client that cannot sign in can still connect with a pasted key: create one under AGENT KEYS on your running copies page and add it as the header Authorization: Bearer exos_ak_….
A hosted assistant reaches EXOS from its own servers, not from your device, and EXOS is not offered in certain jurisdictions (Terms of Use). An assistant whose servers sit in a region EXOS does not serve is refused at the door with GEO_BLOCKED, whatever your own location, and that refusal is the same for a pasted key. The approval page checks you, where you are; the door checks the caller, where it is. A client that runs on your own machine, such as a command-line agent, connects from where you are.
The approval page shows the assistant's name and what it asks for. When the assistant names no level itself (most do not), you choose one, exactly as on the running-copies page:
| Watch | List your running copies, inspect one, read its ledger, and stop one. Read every public board. The default. |
| Watch and steer | Everything above, plus pause, resume and tighten a copy's risk. Risk can only be tightened. |
| Draft | Save strategy drafts on your wallet for you to prove in the app. A draft trades nothing. |
The key lasts 90 days. It appears under AGENT KEYS on your running copies page under the assistant's name, and Revoke there disconnects it at once; the assistant will ask you to approve again if it wants back in. No key can prove, activate or start a copy, register a trading key, move funds, loosen any limit, or create or revoke keys. Those need your wallet, in the app.
Every read answers from EXOS's own store, never the venue, so ask as often as you like. The full tool list and the rules an assistant is asked to follow are in the MCP skill page.
